Guy Burns, CSP, CFCP is President of Success And Beyond, LLC, a company he founded in 2003. After serving 8 years in the U.S. Navy, on board Nuclear Submarines, he held management positions in several organizations, including Area Manager, Project Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Vice President of Sales and Operations.

Prior to starting his speaking and coaching business, Guy started and ran three successful businesses since 1992. The most successful grew from six employees to over one hundred employees in 18 months, with gross sales of over $2,000,000/month.

In the late nineties, when President Clinton signed the Welfare to Work bill, Guy worked with the state of Connecticut to help hundreds of welfare recipients transition into the workforce full time.

Since starting his speaking and coaching business, he has made over 850 presentations in 45 states and 12 countries on 4 continents including America, England, Ireland, France, Scotland, Italy, Austria, Canada, Malaysia, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Well over 100,000 people have benefitted from Guy’s presentations. Since 2013, Guy has focused primarily on helping small businesses have more success with less stress. He is currently work with several start-up companies to assist them and creating companies design to win government contracts.

As a Certified Speaking Professional and a Certified Federal Contracting Professional, he is held to high standards of Ethics, Expertise, and Eloquence. He has also served as an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council on Leadership and a contributing writer on Forbes.com. Guy is currently serving as President of the National Speakers Association Las Vegas Chapter.
