Registered Apprenticeship Programs are comprehensive career pathway programs that train apprentices in becoming high-skilled talent. RAPs provide employers access to larger talent pools to meet industry demands.

Our RAPs are industry-vetted, approved, and validated by the U.S. Department of Labor, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Georgia Department of Veteran Services. These departments ensure the upmost quality for both employers and apprentices.

–  Apprentices are trained for entry-level to management positions.

–  Veterans who qualify for the GI Bill benefits can receive a monthly stipend in addition to the wages they receive.

RAP COMPONENTS:

Here is what differentiates RAPs from other types of workplace training programs.

Industry Led – Programs are industry-vetted and approved by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Paid Jobs – Registered Apprenticeships are jobs. Apprentices are paid employees who earn progressive wages as their skills and productivity increase.  This allows apprentices to earn while they learn.

Related Technical Instructions (RTI) – Apprentices are provided supplemental (online, in-person, or hybrid) classroom instruction, lab learning, textbook readings, and written exams to learn job-related skills and gain occupational knowledge.

Structured On-the-Job Learning – Apprentices develop and gain mastery of skills through structured learning at the worksite to prepare them for a successful career.

Mentorship – Each apprentice has a dedicated mentor from their employer during the apprenticeship to provide support and enhance critical on the job learning.

An Industry Credential – Graduates earn a portable, nationally-recognized credential within their specific industry at the completion of the program.

Diversity Programs reflect the communities in which they operate through strong non-discrimination, anti-harassment, and recruitment practices to ensure access, equity, and inclusion.

Recruiting Incentives – Veterans who qualify for the GI Bill benefits can receive a monthly stipend in addition to the wages they receive.
